Champagne taste in cosplay is never a good thing when you’re struggling to buy cat food. But ultimately, Daenerys’s winter coat really struck me in the heart. The coat is something made for the gods and I knew I absolutely had to make it…or as close to it as I could get on a beer budget.
Oh my word I’m terrified and excited as I’m launching this but it’s up and it’s HAPPENING! My Patreon is currently launched and I can’t wait to share with you guys all of the amazing that will be happening over the 2019 year (and beyond).
To be honest I loved every minute of the movie. I don’t think I took my eyes off the screen for more than a minute, and mostly it was to see the glowing faces of the girls sitting in front of us, as they saw the story unfold. Why was this movie so good? Here’s just a taste:

Procrastination is my Kryptonite and I don’t know that I’ll ever grow out of waiting until the last minute to do things. This year’s PAX cosplay was no exception with me getting the idea exactly five days before PAX. Yes, five.
I am not a superhero, so becoming one is something I try to make happen as often as possible. Sometimes this means dressing up in cosplay, other times it means playing one of the most anticipated games of the year: Spider-Man.
In my life, there’s pretty much zero reasons for me to ever be physically active. I write all day in an office, then sit on a bus to get home, then sit and paint or game. My legs pretty much never need to be used. BUT. A few months ago I started having really extreme pain in my knees and lower back. The culprit? You guessed it – sitting all damn day.
